These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Service Funnel Pro services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Service Funnel Pro may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Service Funnel Pro to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (352) 871-9365. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

6. Message Frequency and Rates

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Last Updated date.

10. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled payment date.

If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled billing date, the upcoming payment may still be processed, and services will remain active through the end of that billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. HIPAA Compliance and Protected Health Information (PHI)

Service Funnel Pro provides communication and automation tools that may be used by businesses operating in healthcare or related industries. While we implement reasonable safeguards, our services are not intended to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that no PHI is entered, stored, or transmitted through the system unless you have implemented appropriate safeguards.

You agree to maintain policies and procedures to monitor, identify, and remove any PHI that may be submitted through forms, messages, CRM records, or other system inputs.

You are responsible for training your staff on HIPAA compliance requirements.

You will not use the platform to collect or store sensitive health data unless you have implemented appropriate compliance controls.

You assume full responsibility for any PHI submitted by you, your staff, or your customers.

To the extent required under applicable law, this section is intended to outline responsibilities related to HIPAA compliance. Service Funnel Pro does not assume the role of a Covered Entity and acts only as a technology service provider. Any Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed separately in writing.
